Nalia is designed and made in Australia. Melbourne, if you want to be specific. It’s a nice place … you might know it for its coffee, avocado on sourdough, and four seasons in one day.

We accept credit card payments via Visa, Mastercard and Amex. PayPal and Afterpay are go to. But no Bitcoin. Right now, we’re more about proliferating healing energies than crypto carbon.

We want you to love your Nalia products! If you don’t, please let us know. We offer a 7-day unconditional refund for any reason (even if you’ve already tried them). However, if we’ve already processed your order, we can’t refund your shipping costs if you change your mind.

Absolutely! Being vegan, there’s no dairy in our products. And no gluten either.
After extensive research and development in the lab, sourcing and choosing the highest quality native extracts, we found out that the best is actually in our own backyard! Our Australian heritage is one of the things that makes Nalia truly unique. It’s time to embrace Australian native flora – there’s so much beautiful diversity to draw on.
Skin Care Ecologies
Our products are made with natural ingredients. They are kind to sensitive skin. However, it’s always wise to do a test patch before applying the products more extensively on your face, if your skin is especially sensitive.
Nalia is suitable for all skin types.
Growing a tiny human can be hard, hungry work… and all the more reason for self-love. There’s no nasties to harm you or your little one.
Our fragrances are natural.
For luminous serum, the more the better! Once or twice a day, morning and night, before moisturiser – lavish the love around! As it’s super-hydrating, it can also be used on its own before applying makeup to enhance the glow of self-love.

It’s best to store Nalia products in a cool place out of the sun.
Nalia products will work best if used within 6 months of opening.

All parcels are sent via Australia Post. Within Australia, we offer free standard postage or Express Post for an additional fee, which is calculated at the checkout. International parcels are shipped via Australia Post (standard post), with costs calculated at the checkout.
